Building Stronger Communities

We are here to make difference!

At Adhana Group, “We Make a Difference” is more than just words; it’s the guiding idea behind everything we do. We believe in building businesses that care for people and the planet. Our approach to sustainability focuses on three key pillars: People, Planet, and Purpose.

We work to reduce our carbon footprint, promote eco‑friendly and regenerative practices, and create awareness about protecting our environment. These efforts come to life through close collaboration with our employees, partners, customers, and communities from Khetri, Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan) to villages across India and even in Dubai.

Our thrust is on reducing our carbon footprint, supporting regenerative business practices, and creating greater consciousness of the environment we live in, through deep collaboration with our employees, partners, customers and the communities we serve in Khetri, Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan), across the wider Indian villages we work in, and in Dubai.

Adhana Group CSR Initiative

Investing in lives & livelihoods.

From scholarships and free skill training in Khetri, to farmer-empowerment seminars and women-led community programmes, Adhana Group puts people first, building dignity, opportunity and self-reliance at the village level.

A regenerative approach.

We believe in reducing our carbon footprint, promoting eco‑friendly business practices, and raising awareness about environmental protection. Through sustainable initiatives, the Group works closely with employees, partners, and communities to build a greener future.

Business with a mission.

Every Adhana company allocates a formal share of its growth to community work. Sustainability is not a programme on the side; it is the reason the group exists. We Make a Difference, every single day.

Modern Agriculture Awareness Programme

Modern Agriculture

In partnership with local experts, we train farmers across Jhunjhunu in modern, climate-smart farming, efficient irrigation, soil health, organic inputs, crop diversification and direct-to-market models to materially improve farm incomes.

Jhunjhunu’s farming community faces erratic rainfall, declining soil health and middlemen-heavy supply chains. Our Modern Agriculture Awareness Programme is built specifically to address this.

Sessions are led by agronomists and progressive farmers and cover drip and sprinkler irrigation, soil testing, organic inputs, integrated pest management, high-value crop diversification and farmer-producer organisations.

Selected farmers receive on-field demonstrations, starter input kits and direct linkages to mandis and digital marketplaces, turning training into measurable income gains within a single cropping cycle.

Khetri 2050: Khetri Model Of Growth

creating awareness in khetri village

Khetri 2050 is our heartfelt mission to uplift our own village, Khetri, in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, and improve its standard of living through sustainable growth and opportunity creation. The vision is to build a Khetri Model,  a blueprint that other Indian villages can follow to become self‑reliant centres of business and agriculture.

Through collaboration between the government, private, and public sectors, we aim to connect Khetri with global opportunities, including business links in Dubai, while promoting local entrepreneurship, modern farming, and digital empowerment.

Our purpose is simple yet powerful — to make Khetri a shining example of how villages can grow into thriving hubs of innovation, sustainability, and prosperity.

Digitisation of Gram Panchayats, Rajasthan

Gram Panchayat Online

The Digital India initiative of the Government of India is transforming how villages connect, grow, and serve their people. At Adhana Group, we are proud to support and expand this vision by helping Gram Panchayats across Rajasthan go digital — not just to move records online, but to build a network of councils that share best practices, support each other, and grow together.

Through Khetri 2050, we provide hardware like computers, printers, UPS, and biometric devices, along with onboarding to e‑Gram and e‑Mitra platforms. We also train Sarpanchs, Secretaries, and operators to use these tools effectively.

This programme makes services like certificates and scheme enrolments faster and more transparent, while also creating a digital support system where Gram Panchayats can collaborate, replicate successful models, and collectively strengthen rural governance. Our mission is to make Khetri a model village, and to inspire others across India to follow.
