I am Hemant Gharat, born in 1967, and my life has been shaped by a deep passion for letters. What began as a fascination with handwriting in my childhood grew into a lifelong dedication to calligraphy and art. Over the past 30 years, I have worked as an artist, creator, and coach, sharing my knowledge with thousands of students across India and the world. My vision has always been simple to transform ordinary writing into extraordinary art and to inspire people to see letters as living expressions.

My purpose is not only to teach techniques but also to help students discover patience, discipline, and creativity. I was born in 1967, and from a very young age I found myself fascinated by the beauty of letters. What began as simple handwriting practice slowly grew into a lifelong passion for calligraphy. Over the years, this passion has shaped my identity as an artist, creator, and coach.
For more than three decades, I have dedicated myself to exploring the art of Devnagari Calligraphy. My journey has taken me from classrooms and workshops in India to exhibitions and online courses that reach students across the world. Each stroke I create is not just a line on paper — it is a rhythm, a movement, and a story.
My vision is to make calligraphy accessible to everyone, regardless of age or background. I believe that beautiful handwriting is like a jewel — it shines, speaks, and leaves a lasting impression. Through my teaching, I want to inspire people to see letters not just as symbols, but as living art.
To achieve this, I have designed a Devnagari Calligraphy Course in Marathi. This course is built with step-by-step lessons, pre-recorded videos, practice sheets, and a certificate of completion. It allows learners to study at their own pace while experiencing the joy of transforming handwriting into art.
Calligraphy has given me a voice, a vision, and a worldwide student base. My mission is to share this gift with as many people as possible, so together we can celebrate the timeless beauty of letters.
